SUMMARY:Barossa Big Sing - Free Community Workshop #2
DESCRIPTION:The Barossa Vintage Festival is presenting a Community Singing project as part of this year’s program.  It is called The Barossa Big Sing! \nJoin us for one of three free workshops being held at the Barossa Regional Gallery on: \nWednesday 16 April 2025\n6.30pm – 8.00pm \n\nSee it in the Barossa Vintage Festival program HERE  \n  \nADDITIONAL INFORMATION: \nOur aim is to get as many people as possible singing together at one event and create an unforgettable musical moment for everyone. \nTo make this happen – we need your help!   NO SINGING SKILLS OR MUSICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED.  \nAs part of this project we are delivering a series of The Barossa Big Sing Community workshops start next week. \nThe main event happens at the end of the Vintage Festival After Party on Saturday 26 April 2025 at the Tanunda Rec Park. \nFor those of you who would like to learn some of the songs and get involved before the big finale\, we are presenting a range of community singing workshops throughout the Barossa. \nThese workshops are not mandatory and you may attend as many or as few as you like.  Anyone is welcome at the Big Sing Finale regardless of their participation in the workshops. \nThe workshops are simply designed for anyone who would like to join in and be part of the build up to the Big Sing Finale and give our singing leaders a chance to hone their skills and the songs. \nThey are free of charge and open to all ages and abilities. \nThis project has been supported by the Barossa Council\, Country Health SA PHN and the Peter Lehmann Trust through the Barossa Foundation. \n  \nFULL WORKSHOP SCHEDULE  \n\nTuesday 25 March 6.30pm – 8.00pm Barossa Regional Gallery \nSaturday 29 March 2.30pm – 4.00pm Nuriootpa Soldiers Memorial Hall\nWednesday 2 April 6.30pm – 8.00pm Greenock Institute \nSunday 6 Apr 2.30 – 4pm Lyndoch Anglican Church\nSunday 13 Apr 2.30 – 4pm Angaston Town Hall\nWednesday 16 Apr 6.30pm – 8pm Barossa Regional Gallery\nTuesday 22 April 7pm – 8.30pm Barossa Regional Gallery\n\n  \nThis project has been supported by the Barossa Council\, Country Health SA PHN and the Peter Lehmann Trust through the Barossa Foundation. \n  \n             \n  \nFeature image: Photo of a group of people singing.
