DESCRIPTION:Join textile artist Igora Opala at the Barossa Regional Gallery for a one day felting workshop for beginners. \nHave you ever wanted to learn the techniques of felting? Celebrated textile artist Igora Opala will teach you all of the basics you need and inspire you to create your own felted piece to take home.  \nIn this fun and engaging workshop\, you will learn the basic techniques of felting and create your own felted scarf\, table runner or small picture.  \nAll learning materials will be provided.  \nParticipants are welcome to bring their own wool\, pieces of silk\, ornamental threads and yarns if they wish to use them in this special project. Come prepared to have fun in this open-hearted and often therapeutic felting experience.  \nThis educational workshop is designed for absolute beginners of all ages.
