The market will be a carefully curated gathering of artists and artisans, including potters, woodworkers, textile artists, candle makers, contemporary jewelers, card creators and much more, showcasing a treasure trove of fabulous local and South Australian made items in a festive setting.
Held on the 5th of April 2024, the market will be hosted across two sites in the main street of Tanunda; the gardens on corner of Murray Street and Elizabeth Street, and the Tanunda Town Square, encouraging visitors to wander between the two, exploring the main street along the way and each of the venues unique activities and live music.
Tanunda Fountain 3pm to 7pm – South Australian Makers
Tanunda Town Square 4pm to 8pm – Barossa Makers
Offering a unique shopping experience featuring live music, food and drink vendors amongst the quality artisan stalls, artist’s workshops, maker’s tables and children’s activity areas, the markets are sure to be a popular element of the Barossa Arts Festival. Previous markets have attracted more than 1000 shoppers in search of that extra special something.
